Extol, then, God's limitless glory
when you enter upon the evening hours, and when you rise at morn;
and seeing that unto Him is due all praise in the heavens and earth,
glorify Him in the afternoon as well,
and when you enter upon the hour of noon.

Truly, to a happy state shall attain the believers:
those who humble themselves in their prayer,
and who turn away from all that is frivolous,
and who are intent on inner purity.

Our Lord (glorified and exalted be He)
descends each night to the earth's sky
when there remains the final third of the night, and He says:
"Who is saying a prayer to Me that I may answer it?
Who is asking something of Me that I may give it him?
Who is asking forgiveness of Me that I may forgive him?"
Hadith Qudsi
And before God prostrate themselves,

During prayer I am accustomed to turn to God like this: that's the meaning of the words of the Tradition, "the delight I feel in the ritual prayer." The window of my soul opens, and from the purity of the Unseen World, the Book of God comes to me straight. The Book, the rain of Divine Grace, and the Light are falling through my window into my house from my real and original source.
The house without a window is Hell: to make a window, O servant of God is the foundation of the true Religion. Don't thrust your axe upon every thicket: come, use your axe to cut open a window.

Surely Allah and His angels Shower blessings on the Prophet.

Prophetic Hadith
The real fast is the blossoming of the inner heart. Fragrance must emanate. The qualities, conduct, behavior, and disposition that accompany this blossoming make no sound. Light and fragrance must dawn in the inner heart. The one point which is God must resplend.
Do fast, but make sure the heart blossoms; make it fragrant. The flowering scent must emanate, and when that space is perceived, the One who inhales that perfume will come. The One who perceives that fragrance will come.
He is the Lord.

The month of Ramadan is that in which the Quran was sent down as a guidance for mankind with clear proofs of guidance and discrimination. Therefore, whosoever of you is present at home in this month, let him fast therein. But whoso is sick or is on a journey, shall fast the same number of other days. Allah desires to give you facility and He desires not hardship for you, and that you me complete the number, and that you may exalt Allah for His having guided you and that you may be grateful.
